Special performance @The 6th Annual Positively Dressed Fashion Show Dress Drive & Tuxedo Rental April 12th @ The Pennsylvania Convention Center!

The Diva Dollz & Company (DD&Co.) is a group of 
young, talented and energetic performers filling the void 
and need for clean, positive, music sensitive 
to young listening ears and impressionable minds.
Ranging between the ages of five to seventeen, both boys
and girls, DD&Co released its first CD, “Work Hard…
Play Harder,” April 2012. DD&Co has since released
their second CD, "Donz & Divaz…Kid Tested-Parent
Approved" June 2013. The third Cd entitled
#Do It Like A Pro” was released May 2014. Their 4th
CD is set to be released May 2015.

Since the release of the first CD, “Work Hard…Play Harder”, DD&Co has secured 190 performances from New York to the Carolinas.

DD&Co has a signature line dance entitled the “Company Strut”. Not just for entertainment, but to encourage physical activity. People are exercising and getting fit to our music and they don't even know it!

Educator, Speaker, Advocate, and Author @The 6th Annual Positively Dressed Fashion Show Dress Drive & Tuxedo Rental April 12th @ The Pennsylvania Convention Center!

Connie Grier is an award winning educator engaged for over 20 years, serving as a family focused educational leader possessing a strong commitment to social justice, parental engagement, and relationship building via youth mentoring, her work with probationary youth and her work with returning citizenry. She continues to service families in several school districts through her non-profit, The RESPECT Alliance and through her commitment to implementing effective mentoring practices outlined in her published book “The ABC’s of Mentoring: A Bi-Weekly Road Map to Uplifting Youth” available on Amazon.com. Connie is currently in the dissertation stage of her Doctoral degree, and serves as an Associate Professor at Wilmington University and Temple University.

As an advocate for social justice in education, the criminal justice system, and society at large, Connie has board or participatory membership in the following organizations:
